P.G. in Mass Communication from Jadavpur University, Kolkata

P.G. Diploma in Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Vishakhapatnam

Experience :

Sharmistha has over twenty years of experience in the Consulting and Hospitality Industry and has worked with C Level  Executive Offices in managing Office Administration, Operations, CRM, Communication, Execution and Team Management.

During her career, Sharmistha has worked with renowned US firms like KPMG, The Boston Consulting Group and  InterContinental Hotels Group and has been instrumental in aligning business objectives with inclusive business sustenance , achieving optimum operational impact and serving as a liaison to clients, stakeholders, internal staffs and external contacts, Procurement, International & Domestic collaboration, Project management and Administrative Business coordination across different business divisions. Sharmistha joined Aaron capital in 2021 and has been successfully managing the day to day supervision and operations at Aaron India office.
