David Wolfe

Mr. Wolfe is the Chairman and sole shareholder of Aaron Capital Inc. a full-service Broker Dealer, which specialties in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Placements, EB5, Medical devices, real estate syndications and other core market segments. He has been licensed as an investment banker for 35 years starting in 1980 as an Executive Vice President with United Resources, a division of Integrated Resources, Inc., marketing life and annuity products nationally in the 403b TSA vertical and built it to 250M annual sales and managed over 200 sales persons nationwide. David was the President of the broker dealer which marketed mutual funds, real estate limited partnerships and equipment leasing programs in the early 1980’s.
He is the owner of Public Properties Management which owns office buildings, retail centers and development sites. Additional experience was gained while performing family trust and pension services for the Guardian Life Insurance Company specializing in small to medium sized businesses. Aaron Capital, while under his watch, has cleared and structured Billions of dollars in transactions.
David currently holds General Securities Series 7, Securities Principal Series 24, Financial Operating Principal Series 27, Options Principal Series 4, Mergers and Acquisitions Series 79, Uniform Securities State Law, Series 63, Life and Disability Insurance and a Real Estate Broker License. He is also a military veteran serving honorably from 1969-1973.
