Renergy Holdings LLC

Catalytica Energy Systems, Inc., a division of NZ Legacy, LLC has merged with Renergy Holdings, Inc. in a transaction valued at $110 million. Renergy Holdings, Inc. owned 538,000 acres of land near Heber, AZ in the White Mountains which were burned by the Rodeo Chediski Fire in 2002. The Rodeo Chediski Fire created acres of bio-mass residue used as an alternative energy source. Several public utilities in Northern AZ have contracts with Renergy for the bio-mass fuel. Alare Securities, LLC acted as Renergy's financial advisor in the transaction.
