The acquisition expands Yoh’s IT staffing practice area and addresses the demand from businesses of all sizes for flexible, on-demand and sustained recruiting for skilled professionals.
The Aaron Capital team was engaged by Embedded Resource Group initially to assist with tax planning and structuring of the transaction. Our assistance extended to general financial support including valuation, working capital, and negotiation of other deal points.
