Discount Fuel operated one of two primary FBO's at the Colorado Springs airport. The FBO marketplace had experienced significant consolidation, and independent operators with single locations were attractive acquisition candidates for national and regional operators - such as Cutter Aviation.

The Aaron Capital team marketed the operation to many of these national and regional FBO operators and completed a successful transaction with Cutter Aviation as the winning bidder.
