CRMCulture, owned by Steve Roch, was a consulting company that provided Salesforce implementation and administration services. This dual model proved to be a difficult business model as the company must sell Salesforce then sell the consultancy services to teach their client to use Salesforce. In addition to the consulting services CRMCulture also had an app named ActionGrid that brought in recurring revenue.
The Company engaged The Aaron Capital team to help draw the line between CRMCulture’s consulting company and the ActionGrid app, while also helping him realize the value of the app as a stand alone product. CRMCulture was approached by an interested buyer, Conga to acquire the app. BiggsKofford's advice in the transaction ultimately lead to Conga acquiring both the consulting company and app of CRMCulture.
